BDI is pleased to announce the addition of Joshua Rhodes as our new Staff Engineer.

Joshua joins the company following the completion of his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, where he developed a strong foundation in infrastructure design, engineering analysis, and technical problem-solving.

Joshua gained early industry experience through an internship supporting hydrology and sanitary sewer design reports for residential and commercial land development projects. He also served as an Engineering Assistant with the Nevada Air National Guard, where he developed practical skills in surveying, GIS, and AutoCAD Civil 3D and contributed to the construction of a reinforced concrete pad in Spain.

At BDI, Joshua will support the engineering team in the design and development of jet blast deflector solutions, contributing technical analysis, design documentation, and project coordination. His proficiency with design tools and engineering data analysis will help enhance the precision and efficiency of project delivery.
