The JBDs pictured here, taken during grand opening events of the Melbourne Tullamarine Airport in 1970, remained operational until airport upgrades and expansion works took place between 2005-2010. A significant amount of this JBD installation is still in use at MEL today, which is a testament to the durability of BDI’s products.
