When a new run-up deflector was required in Jeddah, BDI’s U19-35 was selected. This deflector, which is widely used by airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and MROs around the world, is suitable for all commercial aircraft. The center section features an 18.3-meter (60-foot) long section of BDI’s U-35, which is a 10.6-meter (35-foot) tall deflector designed specifically for the #2 (tail) engine of trijets.
