This blast fence doubles as airport security fencing, whereby barbed wire arms were incorporated into the cantilevered blast fence design. Later developments in the project, which included civil challenges and a number of existing utility interferences, required that BDI develop a site-tailored foundation that would meet the demand of this industry-standard, taxi/breakaway-rated blast fence.
