An airside project at the Huntsville International Airport required an extensive installation of BDI’s type G14NB-6, which has a height of 14’ (4.2m) and is rated for an industry standard jet blast velocity of 140 mph (225 km/hr). This curved deflector protects a roadway from jet blast produced by aircraft operating under taxi/breakaway thrust.
