The USAF required a jet blast deflector suitable for running KC-46 aircraft at full power. BDI’s U-Series deflectors are widely used by Boeing, airlines, and defense forces around the world for wide-body aircraft engine run-up pads. BDI’s U-Series deflectors have been carefully designed to withstand the most extreme pressures and mass flow typical of modern high-bypass aircraft engines.
